Description

Dubai Holiday Villa, T has a fantasic location mid way down Frond E with views towards Dubai. This Dubai Holiday villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms, a fantastic entertainment room and terrace steps leading to the private beach and has a very modern feel, with white and cream design through the dining room and lounge, looking out over the pool and garden towards the private beach. Each bedroom has been individually designed, with stunning beds, curtains and rugs that give the Villa a real 'wow'.The villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms, four king sized beds and twin single beds comfortably sleeping 10. The entertainment room has a 42" TV, PC, PS3 and DVD collection to keep the kids occupied if the private beach, pool and sea don't keep them busy. The villa has a resident houseboy.

ENTERTAINMENT ROOM:
The entertainment room has a fully equipped Laptop with WI-FI, webcam.
There is a 46” TV, with PS3 console and games and a DVD library.

PHONES:
A Local Mobile Phone is provide with an initial credit of AED50 free of charge, and can be topped up using Etisalat pre-paid cards during your stay.

BATHROOMS & BEDROOMS:
All 5 bedrooms have individual bathrooms and there is one additional powder room in the Lobby area. Towels, bathroom accessories and hairdryers are provided.

LAUNDRY:
A washing machine and dryer is available along with steam iron and ironing board.

AIR CONDITIONING:
The Villa is air-conditioned with most rooms having independent controls.

TRANSPORTATION:
A VIP transfer from the Airport to the Villa is available for an additional GBP25 per person. You will be met at the plane door (or in the arrivals centre if bussed in), taken by buggy to passport control, escorted through VIP/Diplomatic passport control and provided with a porter, before being taken by saloon car to the villa.

CHILDREN :
Baby cot, high chair, car booster seats and child seats are all available at the villa. Baby bottle sterilization equipment can also be provided.
Entertaining Out-doors
AL-FRESCO:
In addition to the in-door facilities, the villa has a 5 gas burner BBQ and two 6 seat dining tables, seating up to 12 people in total, together with sun loungers and sun shades.

POOL:
The villa has a 6m x 3m pool which can be either heated or chilled.The terrace steps lead from the pool area directly to the beach.
