Not only does El Gouna holiday villa have direct a to El Gounas Red Sea beach front, there is also a private pool and pool terrace for relaxing, swimming and soaking up the Red Sea sun. This terrace is screened giving privacy, it benefits from the early morning sun and plenty of natural shade. There is also a fabulous sea view terrace with seating and a covered bar area with BBQ for al fresco dining. A private gated entrance leads to the holiday home which is single storey and sleeps 6. There are 3 bedrooms all featuring shuttered windows/doors , each bedroom has private shower room facilities. The master bedroom has a 4 poster bed and views to the pool and sea. There is a spacious open plan lounge with TV and dining area with feature patio doors and round windows bringing in cascades of light. The fully fitted kitchen provides oven & hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. There is air conditioning to all rooms

Sleeping: The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double,1 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General: villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

Entertainment: The villa has television with satellite or cable.

Eating & Living: There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
